Who We Are
Icareman (Iowa Care Management) was founded by Lee Brown, MPA, BSEMS, NRP, a licensed paramedic with frontline EMS and public health experience. Built on a commitment to innovation and community care, we provide mobile, on-demand healthcare that reduces barriers to access and ensures patients are supported where they live and work.

What We Do
We provide a wide range of Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) services designed to meet urgent, preventive, and long-term needs. Our offerings include:

• On-site urgent care and 911 system support

• Chronic disease management and wellness screenings

• Mental health crisis response and support services

• Infectious disease testing and treatment

• Organ and medical courier services

• Partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and public health agencies to improve community health outcomes
